ELEVATE is Kipu’s customer conference, bringing behavioral health leaders, technology administrators, and industry partners together to exchange ideas, build connections, and explore what’s next for care and operations.
When and where is ELEVATE 2027?
ELEVATE takes place May 3–5, 2027, at PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Who should attend?
The conference is designed for behavioral health executive leaders and technology administrators. The Executive and Super Admin tracks offer sessions tailored to those roles.
Do I need to be a Kipu customer to attend?
ELEVATE is designed primarily for Kipu customers. We may also welcome prospective customers by invitation. If you’re interested in attending and aren’t currently a customer, please contact elevate@kipuhealth.com
Can I attend sessions in both tracks?
When you register, you’ll select either the Executive or Super Admin track. Track sessions are designed for their respective audiences and run at the same time, so attendees should plan to follow the track they selected. Keynotes and other plenary sessions bring everyone together.

What does registration include?
Registration includes admission to conference sessions and keynotes, meals provided during the event, and conference receptions. The Kipu Cup Golf Tournament is separate and can be added on during registration.
How much does registration cost? Are there early bird or group rates?
Early bird registration is $299 through January 30, 2027. After that, the standard rate is $599.
Can I register multiple people from my organization?
Yes. You can register on behalf of others at your organization. Enter each attendee’s information in the registration form and complete the registration and payment process separately for each person.
Can I change the name on my registration or transfer it to a colleague?
Registrations can’t be transferred to another person. If a colleague will attend in your place, please request a refund for your registration and have them register separately using their own information. If you’ve booked a room in the ELEVATE hotel block, contact the hotel directly to cancel or change that reservation.
What if I need to cancel? Can I get a refund?
Refunds may be processed up to 30 days prior to the event. If you need a refund on your Elevate ticket, please email elevate@kipuhealth.com.
